Seryo Terms of Service and End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, continuing as a guest, accessing the app, posting content, purchasing virtual currency, or otherwise using Seryo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Seryo Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not access or use Seryo.

2. Eligibility

Seryo is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. By using Seryo, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years old or older and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

3. Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Seryo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app for your personal, lawful, and non-commercial use on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple platform rules.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits.
• Use the app in violation of law, regulation, platform rules, or these Terms.
• Attempt to bypass security, moderation, or payment mechanisms.

4. User Accounts and Identity

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activities that occur through your account or guest profile. You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or provide misleading profile information.

5. User-Generated Content

Seryo allows users to create and share user-generated content ("UGC"), including images, stories, growth cards, comments, voice comments, profile information, and related metadata.

5.1 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the UGC you upload, record, post, publish, save, or otherwise make available through Seryo. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and authority necessary to submit that content.

5.2 License to Seryo

To operate the service, you grant Seryo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, moderate, and otherwise use your UGC solely to provide, secure, improve, and enforce the service.

6. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Misuse

Seryo does not tolerate objectionable content or abusive, harmful, or inappropriate user behavior. You may not upload, post, share, comment, record, or otherwise distribute content that includes or promotes:

• Sexual, pornographic, explicit, or fetish content.
• Graphic, disturbing, revolting, or otherwise discomforting content.
• Gambling, betting, wagering, or unlawful gaming activity.
• Illegal drugs, narcotics, drug trafficking, or drug promotion.
• Political extremism, political propaganda, or manipulation of political opinion through the service.
• Discrimination, hate speech, slurs, racism, sexism, harassment, or content targeting protected groups.
• Violence, threats, intimidation, self-harm promotion, exploitation, or illegal activity.
• Fraud, scams, spam, impersonation, malware, or deceptive behavior.

These restrictions apply to all parts of the service, including works, comments, voice comments, profile text, images, and any other UGC.

6.1 Moderation and Enforcement

To enforce these Terms, Seryo may, without prior notice:

• Hide or remove content.
• Limit visibility of content or accounts.
• Investigate reports and moderation issues.
• Restrict features or suspend access.
• Block abusive users or terminate accounts.

Users can help us address problematic content through report and block functions. We reserve broad discretion to determine what content or conduct violates these Terms.

7. Report and Block Tools

Seryo provides in-app report, hide, and block tools to improve user safety. These tools are intended for moderation and safety purposes. You may not abuse these tools to harass, retaliate against, or target others in bad faith.

8. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

Seryo may offer virtual currency, coins, or similar in-app value units through Apple in-app purchases.

• All purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's terms and billing rules.
• Virtual currency may only be used for eligible in-app features designated by Seryo.
• Virtual currency has no cash value, is not redeemable for money, and is non-transferable.
• Unless required by law or Apple policy, purchases, virtual items, and consumed coins are final and non-refundable.
• We may change available products, pricing, value, and usage rules at any time where permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

The app, service design, branding, software, interface, and all Seryo-owned materials are owned by Seryo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data are described in the Seryo Privacy Policy. By using Seryo, you acknowledge that we may process your information in accordance with that policy.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Seryo at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or the service, engaged in unlawful activity, or posted objectionable content.

You may stop using the app at any time. Account deletion within the app may remove access to your local or stored service data, subject to retention required for safety, moderation, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

12. Disclaimers

Seryo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete security, or that all content will be accurate, appropriate, or available at all times.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seryo and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, reputation, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the app, user-generated content, moderation actions, purchases, or inability to access the service.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seryo and its related parties from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the app, your UGC, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the app, add or remove features, revise moderation rules, update in-app purchase offerings, or change these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Compliance

These Terms are intended to operate in compliance with applicable law, platform requirements, and consumer protection obligations to the extent applicable. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
